When you pay for a car at an auto auction website by your credit card through a payment system, it usually takes from 15 to 30 minutes for transferring the money. However, you should keep in mind that sometimes the receipt of payment to the company's account may be longer depending on the payment system you use. So, please check a payment system's terms and conditions regarding the period of transfer in advance. Promising to arrange your payment as fast as possible, some payment systems also notify their clients that they may have to wait for a couple of days. In such a way financial institutions protect themselves against a possible overloading of the payment system.

If your money is still not reflected in your account after several hours, you can send the confirmation of your transaction to the auto auction company. When payment is done, there is always a transaction report, a copy of which you need to forward to the auto auction company's email address for your account to be deposited. In case your accounts with the auto auction website and a payment system are registered with different email addresses, make sure to notify the auto auction company about email address that has been used for the transaction. When the car auction website receives your payment order copy, you are usually allowed to place a bid for a car you want to buy. Though try to place a minimum deposit ahead of time, so your account will be credited by the time when an auction starts.
